Service Description
After every visit, you will receive a detailed link that is location stamped, showing the start and finish times providing you with peace of mind about your pet's care. Along with this, I'll attach photos and short videos of your pet so you can see firsthand that they are being well cared for during my time with them. My visits include feeding, refreshing water, providing toilet breaks, cleaning or changing litter and offering playtime and companionship to keep your pet happy and socialised. Additionally, I am happy to take care of extra tasks like bringing in the post, watering your plants or taking out the bins ensuring that both your pet and your home are in great hands.
Cancellation Policy
Payment Terms: Customers are required to make advance payments for scheduled walks. Payments are to be paid at least one week in advance unless agreed otherwise, via cash or bank transfer. If payments are not made on time, no further services will be carried out until full payment is made. Cancellation Policy: If you wish to cancel an ongoing service, one month's notice is required. This advance notice enables us to fill vacant slots. All cancellations made within a 24 hour period will be charged at the full price of the service booked.
